Call Center Success
The month of May saw the launch of one of our most major call center application and integration projects go live. We were tasked to build a Sales Force based call center application that will allow 3,000 operators to work from home virtually across two separate continents utilizing an open source IP telecommunication infrastructure that GTS previously built using Asterisk.
We were delighted to announce an on time delivery that was achieved by running three phases that all included multiple sprints that were developed in parallel to each other. This took a team of database administrators, engineers and an army of testers just under three months to design, build and deliver.
